Prof. Partha Sharathi Mallick, Pro-Vice Chancellor of VIT Vellore, Visits Berhampur University’s Center of Excellence

 On December 24, 2025, the Center of Excellence in Nano Science and Technology for Development of Sensors (CoENSTds), Department of Physics, Berhampur University, had the honor of hosting Prof. Partha Sharathi Mallick, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.

Prof. Mallick is a distinguished academician and researcher with a Ph.D. from Jadavpur University. He has held significant positions at VIT, including Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Director of Ranking and Accreditation. His contributions to research encompass the development of a Virtual Lab in Microelectronics, Monte Carlo Simulator for conductivity studies, and nanostructured MIM capacitors. Prof. Mallick has also organized international conferences and collaborated with esteemed institutions worldwide.

During his visit, Prof. Mallick toured our quantum research laboratories and expressed high appreciation for the advancements and innovations achieved.
