SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2026
The Center of Excellence in Nano Science and Technology for Development of Sensors (CoENSTds), Department of Physics, Berhampur University, successfully organized its 3rd Summer Internship Programme from May 18 to June 13, 2026, continuing its mission of nurturing young scientific talent and promoting research driven learning.The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from undergraduate (UG ) and postgraduate ( PG) students from across Odisha, creating a dynamic and intellectually engaging environment. The diversity of participants fostered collaborative learning and encouraged the exchange of ideas among budding scientists.
Designed as an intensive research oriented programme, the internship provided hands-on exposure to advanced experimental techniques in nanoscience, sensor development, and Quantum Technology related research areas. Participants worked closely with faculty members and research scholars, gaining practical experience with modern instrumentation and real time problem solving.In addition to laboratory training, the programme included interactive sessions, discussions, and mentorship, helping students develop a deeper understanding of scientific research, innovation, and career pathways in science and technology.The successful completion of the third edition highlights the growing impact and reputation of CoENSTds as a center for academic excellence and research training. The active engagement, curiosity, and dedication shown by the participants made the programme highly rewarding for both mentors and students.
